The player model is my favorite part of the game. I worked on making the eyes, and making those eyes along with other parts of the model react to movement to make it feel more cartoony.
I'm really proud of how it turned out, and it makes for some really funny interactions in the game, which is what we were going for.
This involved me having to add bones for the eyes in Blender, and then making sure the pupils and the whites of the eyes were parented correctly to their corresponding bones.
I also then learned how to use the SpringBoneSimulator3D node in Godot, which is what I used to make the bones react to movement.
